1. Howard The Duck - Guardians Of The Galaxy
The Scene: In the movie's post-credit scene, James Gunn returns viewers to The Collector's (Benicio del Toro) base, where he's accompanied by two of his artefacts, Cosmo the Spacedog, and more beguilingly, Howard the freaking Duck. Why It's So WTF: To begin with, Marvel have made a habit out of serving up post-credit teaser scenes that enigmatically set up future MCU movies. Such isn't the case here: this is a total troll on Gunn's part, to make the average viewer with no knowledge of Howard the Duck shrug and probably feel a little disgusted that 7 or 8 minutes of their life was wasted waiting for this clip. Even if you are familiar with Howard the Duck from either the original comic or the terrible George Lucas-produced movie, it's still really odd and totally unexpected.
