15. Julianne Moore Takes A Dump - Maps To The Stars
The most memorable and shocking scene in David Cronenberg's outrageous Hollywood satire has aging actress Havana Segrand (Julianne Moore) sitting on the toilet, taking a crap with the door open while she talks to her assistant Agatha Weiss (Mia Wasikowska). As she rattles off a list of errands for Agatha to run, Havana complains of her inability to go to the toilet properly, noting that she will need an enema, as farts ripple in the background. It's an immensely undignified moment for the character and the actress, and depending on your view of the film itself, either totally embarrassing or immensely brave on Moore's part. A Cronenberg film isn't exactly where most people would expect to hear a fart joke, but true to the director's style, it's one of the weirdest and uneasiest fart jokes you'll ever see.
