If Timothy Dalton was never truly accepted as Bond by many, George Lazenby is the true black sheep of the family, considering that he only ever made one Bond film before quitting (on the misguided advice of his agent), had practically no acting experience prior to landing the role, and is the only Bond to date who isn't British.
