The James Bond franchise has been going for over 50 years now, and with Skyfall's billion-dollar-plus box office success, it's safe to say that the series has never been healthier, and won't be going away any time soon. It's been frequently asked when the James Bond series will come to an end, and the answer is simple: as long as it's popular, it's never going away, and it's difficult to imagine what EON could do that would alienate audiences so much that they turned away in droves, especially considering how profitable even the lesser Moore and Brosnan years were. Yes, the sad truth is that, no matter whether you're a youngster in your early 20s or even a baby born yesterday, there's a good chance you'll never actually get to see the entirety of the Bond franchise, because there's a damn fine chance that, as long as the world continues to exist as it does today, James Bond movies will continue to be cranked out long after everyone reading this is six feet under. Much like, say, Star Wars, there is always going to be an audience for Bond, and as such he'll likely endure for centuries. That's the lot! So, Bond fans, what's your take on the series over the years? Shout out your own personal highs, lows and hopes for the future in the comments below!
