Why It's Creepy: This one really speaks for itself: they're both members of the government in plain sight, but beneath the surface they're part of a shady organisation that seeks to take over the world.

More to the point, they're not just unassuming members of this covert outfit, but they even whisper unsettling sweet nothings into one another's ears...because this is apparently somehow necessary?

Sure, it became a meme in the days following the movie's release, but don't let that detract from how unnerving this is.
