15 Depraved Movies That Are Incredibly Difficult To Watch
6. Aftermath
Perhaps the main blessing regarding Aftermath is its brevity - at just over half an hour long the viewer can take a small degree of comfort in the knowledge that the sick and depraved behaviour on screen is going to be over with sooner rather than later. Nacho Cerdà eschews dialogue and common decency in his short film about a morgue worker with an overly affectionate attitude towards his deceased charges which leads him to indulge his sexual fantasies on their carved up corpses, photographing the encounters for posterity. Necrophilia is hardly a subject matter likely to arouse enthusiasm (or anything else) in most people, and Aftermath certainly delivers when it comes to its sickening portrayal of his morbid passion. Few movies feature such difficult to stomach scenes as this.
