13. Robert De Niro Party - Neighbours
One day, Mac (Seth Rogen) and Kelly (Rose Byrne) notice a gathering outside of their house, and Teddy (Zac Efron) reveals that they're hosting a Robert De Niro party. Teddy is, of course, kitted out in a bald cap ala Travis Bickle in Taxi Driver, while Pete (Dave Franco) is dressed as Jack Byrnes from Meet the Parents (or as Pete insists, Meet the Fockers). Cue Pete doing a hilarious impression of Jack, telling Mac, "I'm watching you, I'm watching you!", and after Mac asks if he painted the distinctive De Niro mole on his face himself, he replies, "Yes I did, yes I did Focker." Mac then asks who a black kid at the party is supposed to be, and he replies, "Sam Jackson from Jackie Brown", leading to both he and Scoonie (McLovin himself, Christopher Mintz-Plasse) unintentionally impersonating Al Pacino. As the rest of the party joins in with a "Hoo-hah!", Mac declares, "There's no consistency here, you're all over the place with your references." Mac then tries to bring order to the situation but the De Niro references come flooding in, "You're upsetting Jinxy cat" and "When you called the cops you violated the circle of trust, Focker", as well as the inevitable, "Are you talking to me?" Then the Sam Jackson lookalike starts quoting Pulp Fiction's righteous man speech and Mac again loses his s***. Hysterical.
