8. Ghostbusters - Mike Hat
Despite what the immature fanboys would have you believe, the Ghostbusters reboot had a lot going for it with its stellar cast of funny females. However, much to everyone's surprise, the four central ladies are all soundly upstaged by Chris Hemsworth.
Hemsworth plays Kevin, the incredibly dumb receptionist for the Ghostbusters. The film's biggest laughs come from Kevin's clueless reaction to the world around him and the scene in which he interviews for the job is hands-down the funniest moment in the film. From his glass-less glasses to the way he covers his eyes when he hears loud noises, there's so many funny moments. The biggest laugh comes from the ladies thinking Kevin is talking about "my cat" but it's actually his dog named "Mike Hat". The perfect blend of stupid and funny.
The only problem with the Kevin character is that once he's introduced you kind of wish the whole movie was about him. He brings a lot of fun energy to the proceedings and proves that Hemsworth is a gifted comedic actor. Here's hoping he is given more chances to show it.
