9. Monsters University
As someone who grew up in the time of the Pixar golden era, this has to be my most anticipated film of 2013. Classic Pixar films such as Toy Story, Finding Nemo, The Incredibles and Monsters Inc. shaped the way I lived my childhood and this long anticipated sequel (or "prequel") has got me back in touch with my younger self. The premise for this film is essentially a story about Mike (Billy Crystal) and Sulley (John Goodman) living at college, before they worked for Monsters Inc., and it's a heartfelft story of how they became the best of friends despite not always seeing eye to eye. The skill of Pixar is so much that, despite Monsters University being primarily a kid's film, it excites teenagers and adults alike. Pixar is famous for its witty scripts and colourful characters, and I for one cannot wait to get back into touch these amazingly funny characters. Bring on Monsters University!
