Rotten Tomatoes Score: 0% (1.2/10) Why Critics Hated It: And finally, we come to the big one, the movie that to date has scored one of the lowest averages in the history of Rotten Tomatoes, Joe Dirt 2: Beautiful Loser. Consider that the original 2001 movie scored just 11% with a 3.0 average and critics were already coming out swinging, not that the movie surprised them in any way. Running in a brutal 106 minutes and having clearly been put together on a shoestring budget, Joe Dirt 2 isn't merely a technical mess but simply unfunny from start to finish. The gags are lazy and flop every time, the plot is an indiscriminate parody of countless better films, the acting is atrocious, and the fact that only eight Rotten Tomatoes critics even bothered to review it is proof perfect of just how little of an audience there is for this film. Which of the year's most critically-loathed movies did you hate the most? Or did you even like a couple and are prepared to admit it? Shout it out in the comments!
