15 Most Exciting Movies Coming In March 2020

12. Radioactive

"The very people who are running science are the people who believe the world is flat."

Another film that premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2019, Radioactive is a historic biopic following the life and times of Marie Curie. Curie, here played with fire by Rosamund Pike, was not just a woman in a man's world. She excelled in it, despite burgeoning mental illness.

Often diminished as someone who studied radioactivity, she actually coined the term and discovered the elements of polonium and radium. That's not one, but two building blocks of the universe that we understand because of her. A fascinating woman, there's no telling where the course of science and history over the past hundred years would have gone without her.

Directed by Marjane Satrapi (writer of Persepolis, one of the most important films of the past 20 years), the filming was initially delayed for what seem to have been financial reasons, until Amazon Studios picked it up. So you can expect this to show up on Prime Video some time after its March release.

After hearing that you are what you eat, Mik took a good hard look at his diet and realised he might just be a szechuan spare rib alongside prawn fried rice.
