Killmonger is undoubtedly the most loved, believed in, and honestly hottest Marvel villain around. He's so good that you can imagine him holding an entire franchise on his back.

But that doesn't happen. The King returns and Killmonger falls. His plan to topple America's beautiful, wondrous government is stopped. Yay.

Shuri is one of the smartest people on the planet, and with her tech on the backs of her brother and the usurper, the battle rages throughout the underworld until finally Killmonger falls at the hands of his cousin. Because Shakespeare isn't interesting unless they're wearing superhero suits.

But Killmonger could survive. T'Challa could drag him to hospital, fix him, make him better, probably not stronger, definitely not faster. But still heal him.

Instead, Killmonger delivers the most moving speech in Marvel history - made the more impactful because unlike Tony Stark's parents death, or the downfall of Asgard, what he's discussing is true.
