Another blink-and-you'll-miss-it moment from a Marvel film here, suggesting (or reinforcing, actually) the suspicion that Marvel are making films that are designed to be poured over in multiple viewings. When Scott Lang enters the Quantum Realm (and subsequently breaks the rule that you can't get out of it - but whatever) a shadowy figure can be seen in the swirling effects-laden sequence. A quick hand and a trained eye can capture this image to reveal not only a humanoid shape, but also what appears to be four wings. So yeah, that's probably Janet Van Dyne, who was lost to the Realm in a flashback. Does that mean she will return for the sequel? Probably, yes.
