Never has a film delivered on its promise of R-rated weirdness like the finale of Sausage Party. In truth, the film itself has very mixed results: once you get over the novelty of hotdogs saying "f*ck" and a racist wrap, it's a little one-note. Well, that is until it all gets turned up to 11 for a murderous climax that sees the food take over the supermarket and kill off the human customers.

And what better way to celebrate than for everyone to finally give in to the barely suppressed carnal desires for each other that run all the way through the film? The resulting orgy is the stuff of nightmares drawn from the most deranged minds and the only way to truly enjoy them is to freeze frame and look at the various despicable acts they're all doing to each other.

You will feel incredibly dirty afterwards, but isn't that precisely the point?
