10. Frank And Beans - There's Something About Mary
In this well known movie moment, Ted (Ben Stiller) arrives at the house of the object of his affections, Mary (Cameron Diaz). While in the restroom, he spots a pair of birds on a tree outside the window and inadvertently catches a glimpse of Mary getting dressed in a window beyond. In his haste, he zips his "frank and beans" all the way to the top - you know, with the beans over the frank. The beauty of this scene is we get to see everyone's reaction before we are subjected to the grisly sight ourselves. That's when the pain really sinks in.

My favorite films of all-time (currently) are The Godfather, The Shawshank Redemption, The Exorcist and anything by Stanley Kubrick, except Barry Lyndon...and maybe Lolita.
