15 Movies That Made 2016 The Dumbest Year Ever

The second film out of Netflix's four-picture deal with Adam Sandler is another mindless slog that's basically an excuse for Sandler to have a nice vacation and maybe do something approaching acting when he feels like it.

The crime caper comedy fails to do much with the admittedly not-very-alluring pairing of Sandler and David Spade, a stacked cast including Kathryn Hahn, Matt Walsh, Sean Astin, Paula Patton, Luis Guzman, Michael Chiklis and Nick Swarsdon are totally wasted, and true to form, the product placement is hilariously blatant.

To Netflix's mild credit, at least they seem to be restricting Sandler's movies to one release per year. It could be worse.
