15 Movies You Won’t Believe Are 10 Years Old

Like Knocked Up's age, Superbad being 10 is devastating for anyone who judges their own peak years by the start of the crop of Judd Apatow inspired movies borne out of the revived interested in the disgustingly cancelled Freaks And Geeks.

It still feels like only a couple of years since Jonah Hill was punching well above his weight with Emma Stone, and dancing with a period stain on his Dad-pants. And that's very much testament to how well writers Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg captured the essential spirit of teenage existence. Or at least the awkward romantic version of it that cut through the Dawson's Creek bullsh*t in delightful fashion.

It's incredible to note, particularly, that in the years since, Jonah Hill has been a twice-Oscar-nominated character actor, while Michael Cera has faded quite a bit (though he was genius in The LEGO Batman Movie) and Christopher Mintz-Plasse is now leading the God-awful The Great Indoors.
