15 Movies You Won’t Believe Are 10 Years Old
1. Spider-Man 3
Even with another whole failed Spider-Man series since its release (well, two films and countless temporarily cancelled spin-offs and sequels anyway), Spider-Man 3 still feels like a fresh wound.
It might be because of how great Spider-Man 2 was, but the most notorious misstep in Spider-Man movie history (so far) could have happened a couple of year ago. Sure, Tobey Maguire has moved on as an actor by leaps and James Franco makes movies now, but Sam Raimi's trilogy-ending dropped ball is the kind of mistake that insists upon itself for a long time.
It's too hard to forget weird dancing emo Peter and the fudged use of Venom to accept that it's been a decade since it came out. And that might well be the worst thing for the Amazing Spider-Man movies, which were so forgettable they literally make the film they replaced feel more current.
