5. Dug's Cameo - Ratatouille

Even before we really knew what to expect from Pixar's fiendishly clever Easter Egg hiding team, they were doing some career-high work in the likes of Ratatouille, where they hid an Up cameo in one blink-and-you'll-miss-it sequence.

When Remy the Rat races through a Paris apartment, he is met with a rather ferocious sounding guard-dog, who stays off screen aside from his shadow. And though we don't see him, his shadow is definitely the familiar shape of Dug, the loveable rascal who tags on to Carl and Russell's expedition.

Quite what he's doing in Paris is anyone's guess.
