9. Miles Morales Has A Cameo - Spider-Man: Homecoming

The Prediction: Miles Morales will make a cameo appearance in the MCU's first solo Spider-Man movie, hinting at him joining Peter Parker in a future film.

The Reality: Sadly there's no Miles Morales appearance, though there is a consolation prize for fans, as Donald Glover's Aaron Davis, aka Prowler, mentions to Spider-Man that he has a nephew in the neighbourhood.

This is clearly a reference to Miles, who is Prowler's nephew in the comics, and if that's not enough, one of Homecoming's deleted scenes even features Davis, who is still stuck to his car by Spidey's web, calling Miles and referring to him by name.

Miles is most certainly going to appear eventually, but for now focusing on getting one version of the web-slinger right is actually probably for the best.
