15 Predictions For Next Summer's Biggest Movies

1. Emojimovie: Express Yourself Is The Worst-Reviewed Movie Of The Summer

Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol 2
Columbia Pictures

The Prediction: It's a movie based on emojis...written and directed by the guy responsible for one of the last decade's most forgettable animated movies, 2008's Igor. It's going to be terrible and probably fail to score more than 15% on the Tomatometer, rating even worse reviews than The Nut Job 2, Transformers 5, and even that new animated Smurfs movie. Be afraid, be very afraid.

Why It Might Not Happen: As terrible an idea as this sounds, it's entirely possible Emojimovie could end up being another Lego Movie, a self-aware romp that embraces its potential to be a very expensive commercial and actually tell a fun, compelling story alongside it.

Plus, T.J. Miller's in it, so it won't be all bad, even if it is mostly.
