15 Star Trek Actors Who Died In 2019

14. Barbara March (Lursa)

Star Trek The Next Generation Lursa
CBS

Barbara March played Klingon Lursa, one of the Duras sisters, in three episodes of The Next Generation, a single episode of Deep Space Nine, the 1994 movie Star Trek: Generations, and once more in voice form in the 1998 video game Klingon Honor Guard.

Despite her fairly small number of appearances, Lursa was remembered by fans for her ferocious personality as the sister of B'Etor (Gwynyth Walsh), and certainly made quite the impact in a typically male-dominated space.

March died of cancer at the age of 65 on August 11, as reported by her husband and three-time Trek guest star himself, Alan Scarfe.
