Much was made of the substantial re-shoots undertaken to re-shape a big chunk of Rogue One's third act, which was spearheaded by Bourne writer Tony Gilroy, who was paid a hefty $5 million for 12 weeks of script revisions and re-shoots, where he reportedly took the lead over director Gareth Edwards.

Not a bad pay-day at all, but considering the reports that have emerged about how pivotal Gilroy's contributions were to the final product being as decent as it was, it seems like a fair investment on Disney's part. After all, you get what you pay for.

Still, it confirms that being a script doctor is one of the sweetest gigs in Hollywood if you've got the talent to back it up. On that note, Carrie Fisher herself was a script fixer on films such as Hook, Sister Act, Lethal Weapon 3 and The Wedding Singer.
