7. P Diddy Wanted Sausage Party To Be A Live-Action Movie

According to the R-rated animated movie's co-writer Seth Rogen, P Diddy originally signed on to play a bottle of the cognac Courvoisier, but backed out once he discovered that the film would be animated.

The obvious implication from this is that Diddy actually thought the film was going to be live-action, which automatically conjures up the image of Seth Rogen mincing around in a hot dog suit.

As hilarious as that is, live-action would've placed a huge ceiling on what the film was ultimately capable of (especially in its, ahem, climax), so it's probably for the best that Diddy bailed from the project.
