The Moment: Following the accident which bestows the Fantastic Four and Victor von Doom (Toby Kebbell) with superhuman powers, it's near the very end of the movie that Victor finally re-appears as the villainous Doctor Doom. He's transported from parallel dimension Planet Zero back to Earth, but he soon enough wakes up, breaks out of his cell and starts murdering anyone in the vicinity. Victor then heads back to Planet Zero and the Four follow suit, where The Thing punches Doom into a particle beam, apparently killing him and bringing Doom's 15-minutes of screen time to an unsavoury end. Why It's Stupid: Because you'd think Fox would have learned from the underwhelming 2005 interpretation of Doctor Doom to hunker down and really think about it this time, instead of making him look like a char-grilled crash test dummy with zero cinematic presence who gets wiped out in mere minutes. It really shouldn't be that difficult to get him right, and that's why many are praying that Marvel end up securing the rights back soon enough.
