13. Doctor Strange (And Christine Palmer) Killed A Ghost - Doctor Strange

Doctor Strange is the only film in the MCU to establish that if you kill an astral projection of someone, their body also dies, sort of like how killing someone in the Matrix kills them in real life.

In a hugely impressive fight sequence in Strange's stand-alone we see the good Doctor and one of Kaecilius' zealots - the hulking one played by Scott Adkins who played the rubbish Deadpool in X-Men: Origins - Wolverine - leave their bodies and fight on the astral plane through Christine Palmer's hospital. It's a surprisingly hard-hitting battle, considering it amounts to two ghosts dancing in low gravity and the haymaker blow comes when Palmer uses a defibrilator on Strange's prone body and he channels the electricity into the projection of his enemy, frying him.

It's definitely up there with the most personal feeling kills in the entire franchise.
