7. The Laugh - Amusement (2008)
Three girls are stalked by a vengeful clown whom they picked on in their school days. Sounds boring, right? Well, it's not. This turned out to be a pretty good movie. It's one of those films you can watch during your annual slasher fest on Halloween night. Just don't expect a rousing plot line with impeccable acting and intriguing character development. Oh, and make sure you're with a friend when the clown makes his first appearance. "It's funny, right?"
6. Killer Klowns From Outer Space (1988)
Man, I love this movie! It's campy. It's cheesy. It's fun. Make sure you watch it while drinking a few beers or a bottle of wine. This very low-budget cult classic horror film takes us through the story of Mike and Debbie. As with most horror films, the action starts getting heavy when our lovers are spending some quality time alone. Mid-kiss (if I remember correctly) they see a meteor crash to the ground. As they approach the crash site, Mike and Debbie spot a circus tent standing on the location where the meteor became a meteorite. Soon they discover a batch of malevolent alien clowns out to capture humans for an alien clown feast. The evil clowns capture these humans using a variety of circus props and tricks including cotton candy cocoons, shadow monsters, pies, and popcorn guns. There is the usual array of complications such as the jealous ex-boyfriend, the unbelieving police force, stupid humans, etc. Don't miss this one.
