15 Weird and Wonderful Movies With Killer Dolls

10. Puppet Master (1989)

I think everyone here knows and has seen Puppet Master. Using the number of sequels as an indicator, Puppet Master is by far the most successful killer doll franchise in movie history (yes, even more successful than Chucky). The odd thing is, this film never saw a theatrical release; it went straight to video. Puppet Master is one of my two or three favorite blood-thirsty doll movies. What's not to love with Blade, Jester, Pinhead, Tunneler, Shredder Khan, Gengie, and of course Leech Woman? Is there a more disgusting killer puppet than Leech Woman? The sounds she makes; the way she harms you. Truly a sick-o. If by some miracle you haven't seen Puppet Master, do yourself a favor and watch it. Some of the sequels are pretty good, too. Weird or Wonderful? - Wonderful. One of the best doll movies ever. And not bad from a horror film standpoint either.
