1. Incubus - Suicide Squad

If Enchantress was bad, her brother Incubus was flat-out ridiculous.

Rendered completely using CGI (even though Enchantress wasn't), Incubus came along to escalate the threat to the Suicide Squad, boasting strength and powers formidable enough to take them all down. Or at least to have a bit of a fight with them until Diablo decided to turn his own powers back on, anyway.

When The Joker was right there and could have been improved massively by being elevated to the role of main villain, the idea that David Ayer thought it would be better to have a wordless, hulking monstrosity that nobody would feel anything about either way as a key part of the story is just ludicrous.

And not even the effects work was up to snuff, which you'd expect would be rule number one if you were going in this sort of direction.
