In the MCU: Howard made a sole appearance in Thor: The Dark World as Ian Boothby, Darcy's intern who helped Jane Foster and the gang place gravimetric spikes during the Convergence over Greenwich.

In the MonsterVerse: He'll be turning up in Godzilla: King of the Monsters in the role of Asher, though - judging from the trailers - the character likely won't be a major player.
