8. Judge Doom - Who Framed Roger Rabbit?

The enemy of Roger Rabbit and Eddie, Judge Doom is a crazed nutjob whose partial animation only serves to better transmit his fear factor. Evil by night, slightly less evil by day when he poses as a city official, his itinerary for Toontown is to wipe the city of all toons so he can build a freeway. We€™re talking genocide, here, but that€™s no matter to him as his xenophobic frothings are justified. To him, all toons are vermin scum that need to be exterminated. That€™s a lot of hatred commanding screen time in what most parents assumed would be a fun trip to the cinema for the whole family, but thankfully, Doom is put in his place after Roger and Eddie give him a taste of his own medicine, revealing that he too is a toon, compelled apparently by his vociferous self-hatred brewing inside him, like a malignant mead, causing him to embark on his murderous rampage. But that's not the worst part: after being run over with a steamroller he refuses to stay down and bounces across the room, turning his eyes into weapons, obviously. The lesson of course was never to trust government officials, which seems to have carried across pretty well.
