Things take a gnarly turn when Warren and General Sanford Smithers (Bruce Dern) sit down for a chat. Delivered with delicious aplomb by Jackson, Warren explains the apparently final moments of Smithers' son's life, as he nakedly crawled through the cold to give Warren a blowjob in exchange for a blanket, which funnily enough, Warren never gave him. Jackson's monologue is unforgettable much like the flashback sequence itself, and you've no doubt been debating whether or not Warren was telling the truth. Was he in fact simply goading Smithers into reaching for his gun so he could blow him away legally? It's destined to be one of QT's great cinematic mysteries. Either way, the film doesn't get any more demented than this.
