18 Disney Movies Coming In 2021 And Beyond

After the end of phase three and the Infinity Saga, the landscape of the Marvel Cinematic Universe has drastically changed, and will continue to do so throughout phase four. Though most of the movies announced at Comic Con in 2019 will feature at least one already established character, Eternals is starting from scratch.

The only plot details we have at the moment are vague, describing the alien race, created by the Celestials thousands of years ago, reuniting after the events of Avengers: Endgame to battle a race known as the Deviants. However, there are rumours suggesting the timescale of the movie could span over a thousand years, and that since the Deviants are involved, there could be a connection to Thanos.

Regardless, the movie starring Richard Madden, Angelina Jolie, and Kit Harington, among others, is going to be something completely new and refreshing in the MCU, and may well feature some potential future Avengers.

Though it was supposed to be released in November of 2020, Disney's reshuffle has seen it move back just three months to 12th February 2021.
