18 Fast And Furious Easter Eggs You Never Noticed

13. A Lot Of The Cars Belonged To Paul Walker

In the end, Paul Walker's untimely demise came in the form of a car crash. If that appeats bitterly ironic (or perhaps fitting) in the light of his career-making performances in The Fast And The Furious films, it actually makes a kind of sense that's how he would die. The guy spent a lot of his time on screen tooling around in fast cars, but he may have spend even more time doing so in real life. The guy really, really loved cars. In fact, half the speedsters in the series belonged to him. Many of the cars Walker raced in throughout the series were his own, often customised by the actor himself €“ such as the Nissan Skyline he drove in 2 Fast 2 Furious, for which he also personally performed the cool powerslide stunt into Race Wars. At first he just hand-picked all of the cars he raced throughout the franchise, but in the end he provided half of those motors himself. Otherwise all the cars are chosen and built by Dennis McCarthy, besides a couple that belong to producer Neal H Moritz's navy-colored Ferrari F355, which was used in the Malibu race scene in the first film and then appeared parked outside Verone's house in 2 Fast 2 Furious.
