Played: Gregg Beam in Quantum of Solace.

"Wait... David Harbour was in Quantum of Solace?!" most are probably thinking right now. Well, yes he was, but given how small a role it was it's something that's incredibly easy to forget.

David Harbour has proven himself a reliable and charismatic actor many, many times over the years - for example, he was easily one of the best things in 2021's thoroughly mediocre Black Widow - and him being so badly wasted in Quantum of Solace was just infuriating.

In fairness, given how thoroughly Quantum of Solace was screwed by the Writer's Strike, it's not exactly surprising that so many actors, Harbour included, were under-used. One gets the sense that Gregg Beam, a corrupt CIA agent working with Dominic Greene, would've had a bigger role in a more coherent, complete cut of the film.

Unfortunately, in the final product Harbour has only a few scenes and he eventually gets fired and replaced with Felix Leiter... off-screen. What a waste.

And speaking of Leiter...
