Whilst the Wet Bandits may get taken to school by an 8-year-old kid, these schmucks are at least some of the politest criminals to ever appear on the big screen. Despite being embarrassed some would even say tortured by Kevin and his vast array of traps and tricks, Harry and Marv fail to muster a single curse word between them. In fact, the most offensive terms we get out of the mouths of these two burglars are jerk and creep. Oh, and lots and lots and lots of Joe Pescis Harry seemingly doing his best Muttley impression. Maybe this point is a little harsh given how the film is a feel-good festive movie for all the family, but still, these career criminals couldnt have fared any worse if theyd have dropped a few F-bombs or at least something more offensive than term not even used by someone in kindergarten.
