Film: The Hunchback Of Notre Dame As if Frollo wasn't bad enough, he sings a song about lust, damnation and sin in front of dozens of robed figures, judging him for his human instinct. Of course, he's a villain so his human instincts go beyond what is normal and are actually really primal and evil. Which is possibly why there's a bit where it appears he has a massive demonic stone penis. His desire for Esmerelda evolves into a game of death, which he blames on God for making the Devil stronger than a man. Frollo regards himself higher than everyone else because of his 'religious' nature, but this air of superiority is what corrupts the Church.
"She will be mine or she will burn."
When Esmerelda rejects Frollo's advances, he decides to burn her at the stake because he is a man of God and that is apparently just...
