9. That Incredibly Lame Tourist Skit

Awards shows frequently end up playing host to ill-advised comedy interludes that fall totally flat, and this year's Oscars was no exception.

Jimmy Kimmel informed viewers earlier in the show that a tour bus driving around Los Angeles would be stopping at the Dolby Theatre and bringing some unsuspecting tourists to the Oscars...and the end result was about as cringe-worthy as you'd expect.

For one, it was clear as day the "tourists" were paid actors, because how the Hell could they be driven through the L.A. streets without realising it was Oscar Sunday? Plus, the "tourists" kept taking selfies with celebrities and the whole skit felt like it lasted an eternity. Christ.
