16. The Douche
Obviously Mankind is the biggest villain of the piece, but there's also a big bad with a more personal agenda. And of course in this sort of environment it would be a Douche (who really is a douche), whose idea of heaven is to get his chance to shine (which he graphically describes, of course).
And when he's not able to fulfil his dream of some deep vaginal penetration (this is basically the entire thrust of every character's motivation, actually), thanks to a busted nozzle, he goes loco.
It's a brave move to have a character so incredibly hard to relate to, but there's something perversely magnificent to see a jock-like p*ssy-hound being turned into an actual Douche. And when he semi-steals Ratatouille's method of control by sticking his nozzle up the store manager's backside and uses his scrotum to navigate him around, his dark majesty is confirmed.
