The movie's final scene takes place in the Avengers Academy, as the new Avengers line-up is revealed. Tony Stark and Hawkeye are gone from the group (for now), so the new team consists of Rhodey, Scarlet Witch, The Vision, Falcon, Cap and Black Widow. Cap, clearly the leader, greets them and says, "Avengers, a..." and at that point the movie cuts straight to the credits. A pretty hilarious way to end the movie, really.
