20 Actors You Never Knew Were In Star Wars

11. Joseph Gordon-Levitt - The Last Jedi

In The Last Jedi, Rian Johnson gave cameos to several actors who he worked with earlier in his career, such as Brick actor Noah Segan appearing as Resistance pilot Stomeroni Starck, and that film's lead actor, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, providing the voice for alien character Slowen Lo.

Slowen Lo appears briefly on Canto Bight, his name being a reference to The Beastie Boys' song "Slow and Low" from their 1986 album Licensed to Ill.

Gordon-Levitt was basically duty-bound to appear in the film given that he's had some sort of a cameo role in all of his pal Johnson's films, similarly showing up for a brief voiceover in Johnson's most recent release, Knives Out.
