6. John Ratzenberger - The Empire Strikes Back
John Ratzenberger is best known for playing Cliff Clavin on legendary sitcom Cheers and also having had a voice role in almost every single Pixar film to the point that he's basically the studio's "good luck harm." Most prominently, he voiced Hamm in the Toy Story franchise.
But back in 1979, the very year that Pixar was founded, Ratzenberger made a brief appearance in The Empire Strikes Back, playing Major Bren Derlin, a security chief of Hoth's Echo Base.
Sadly for the character's brief re-appearance in Return of the Jedi, however, Derlin was recast with an unknown actor.
