When he's in hospital, he's shown watching NFL on TV, or at least on tape, as it's clearly old footage. And according to one eagle eyed Imgur user, the play in question is this... For the uninitiated, that's the November 16, 1991 game between the Miami Hurricanes and the Florida State Seminoles, and the jubilant defensive tackle is Dwayne Johnson before he stripped to his underpants and became The Rock. A neat little nod.
