20 Best Kills In Saw Movies

13. Mitch - Ripped Apart (Jigsaw)

On the whole, Jigsaw was pretty middling entry into the series with its traps and the kills, however they certainly hit the big time with Mitch's death. After selling a faulty motorcycle which turns out to be the reason for John Kramer's nephew's death, Mitch is tasked with having to retrieve a brake from at the bottom of a cone made out of spinning heated blades. When Anna sticks a metal rod in the motorcycle powering the death machine, it looks like Mitch is all safe and sound.

Jigsaw is on hand however to reassure us that we are still watching a Saw film and we watch as the rod snaps in half, kicking off the death trap again and sending Mitch into a panic. Mitch swings himself into the blades and we get a real gruesome sight of Mitch's corpse looking like a piece of pasta afterwards.

Like Anna, Mitch was a generally likeable and competent player of the game throughout the film, which makes his death all the more shocking. On top of the shock factor, this kill is easily the most reminiscent of a trap from the original series of films.
