13. Chip 'N Dale: Rescue Rangers

Though most of Disney's recent attempts to rejuvenate classic IP for Disney+ have fallen embarrassingly flat - Home Sweet Home Alone, anyone? - Chip 'N Dale: Rescue Rangers is thus far the major exception to the rule.

An extremely clever and playful reimagining of the beloved animated series that's both reverent and outrageously contemporary, this new take on Chip 'N Dale is basically the meta, balls-to-the-wall movie that Space Jam: A New Legacy wishes it was.

At once sending up Hollywood's unoriginality while doing something genuinely daring and audacious with a classic IP, Rescue Rangers melds an hilarious script with endless visual invention, an avalanche of cameos, and so, so many Easter eggs.

It's the closest thing we're probably ever going to get to a Who Framed Roger Rabbit sequel, honestly.

Whether you're a long-time fan or a child being introduced to these characters for the first time, this is an absolute blast, and will hopefully signal the beginning of a new Chip 'N Dale franchise on Disney+.
