20 Best Performances In The Wizarding World Franchise

3. Jason Isaacs - Lucius Malfoy

Harry Potter Voldemort
Warner Bros.

Talk about stealing the entire goddamn show every single time.

Jason Isaacs is completely outstanding as Lucius Malfoy and he made what was a fairly small part into one of the most memorable, captivating villains of the entire franchise.

Deliciously evil and chillingly sinister, but also fiendishly entertaining to watch, Isaacs made Lucius Malfoy a vile and repulsive figure who was nonetheless so charismatic you couldn't help but like him. That's always the mark of a great villain.

Despite the limited screen-time, this is still one of the franchise's best performances. In particular, his performance in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, in which he made his first appearance and served as the story's secondary villain, was outstanding.
