Total Copies Sold: 2,667,724 As the sixth movie in the series and two away from the big finale it's easy to dismiss The Half-Blood Prince as simply part of a bigger picture. But even though its box office and critical reaction was in the middle of the series' consistent record, it was still the second biggest movie of the year (it lost out to that Blucahontas thing). And, bar some major elements left out in adapting the book, it's not a bad film either. The first Harry Potter movie to be released once Blu-Ray's dominance of the HD market had been decided (earlier entries in the franchise were hits on DVD, but most Blu-Ray sales came from box-sets), Half-Blood Prince was as big a success on home video as you'd expect.
