20 Biggest Mistakes In The DCEU So Far

12. The Slideshow Of Hype (Batman V Superman)

One of Batman v Superman's most widely-mocked scenes involves the movie literally stopping dead to essentially play a trailer reel of coming attractions, as Diana Prince receives an e-mail from Bruce Wayne, containing a photo of her as Wonder Woman in WWI, a video of The Flash stopping a robbery, a clip of Aquaman emerging from a ship underwater, and footage of Cyborg's creation.

It's about as unsubtle a set-up for Justice League as possible, and feels lazily spliced into the movie when it probably would've been more appropriate as a post-credits scene.

Even then, though, couldn't they come up with something a little more inspired than a bunch of video clips? It's not very cinematic, and besides, why was Lex Luthor kind enough to even come up with logos for the heroes?
