Release Date: March 25, 2016. Who's Involved: Zack Snyder directs a script from Chris Terrio (Argo), while the cast includes Henry Cavill (reprising his role as Superman), Ben Affleck (Batman), Gal Godot (Wonder Woman), Amy Adams (Lois Lane), Diane Lane (Martha Kent), Laurence Fishburne (Perry White), Jesse Eisenberg (Lex Luthor), Jeremy Irons (Alfred Pennyworth), Ray Fisher (Cyborg) and Jason Momoa (Aquaman). In addition, Scoot McNairy, Jena Malone and Holly Hunter have been cast in unspecified parts. What's The Story?: Via Lex Luthor's manipulation, Batman and Superman end up battling one another, though of course, by the end of the movie, they're going to be friendly enough to turn their attention to taking Luthor down once and for all in the two-part Justice League movie. Will It Be Any Good?: The jury's going to be out on this one for a while. Snyder's Man of Steel received a mixed response from audiences and critics alike, and it's always possible that this movie could simply be trying to do too much, given the various cameos and supporting parts for Justice League members. Also, Ben Affleck and Jesse Eisenberg's performances will be under heavy scrutiny given their divisive and unconventional nature. Which 2016 movies are you most looking forward to?
