20 Comic Book Films You Should Die Before You See

4. Spider-Man 3

Most franchises start to go off the rails with their third instalment, and that's what happened with this sequel, which turns the characters into whiney and annoying caricatures.

When not exploring Spidey’s “dark side” or using amnesia as a plot device, the creaky script introduces two uninteresting super villains who appear whenever the story seems to be running out of gas. Even The Amazing Spiderman 2 was better than this.
